PCAC Mission Statement

The PCAC mission is to encourage the arts in all its aspects: visual, literary, and performing and to support both recreational and professional artists of all ages. As a not-for-profit organization, it is responsible for an overall total of around 400 participants. It is the umbrella organization for 12 different arts organizations.
