What you say is "the 11 o-clock talk", well you will have to join us to find out! We meet on Thursdays at

11am. We recently changed location to work in Our SPACE, unfortunately the group divided in half,

however the 50+ benefited from the additional members. Those of us who stayed are very comfortable

in Our SPACE, and it feels like a cohesive but small group. We don't put on workshops anymore, we leave

it to the PCAC and Mary Turnbull organizes them, which is great.

We are preparing for our annual May Art Show and Sale, on May 23-24, in the Banquet Room of the

community centre. A great new addition is a Food Truck that will be parked outside for the entire

weekend! We are going to promote the art sale in conjunction with the food truck, which is a California

Tacos cuisine, "come for the tacos, stay for the art!" It will be great fun. Our theme for the show is

"Kindness Matters" and we will have a selection of paintings to exhibit, featuring our favourite scenes of

Peachland.

A project we are working on for May is 15 new banners, look for them hung on the light posts around

town.
