Artist in Studio offers an opportunity to create art while sharing your process and engaging with visitors. The studio space will be located in the main gallery.  You can display your art in your designated area and spend the week creating and connecting with other art enthusiasts.  Your studio week will run from Wednesday 10am to Sunday 4pm.

Peachland Art Gallery invites emerging and established artists to respond to our Call for Artists in Studio program which runs from Wednesday August 5th to Sunday August 30th 2026. This is a chance to present your work in a supportive gallery environment, and connect directly with collectors, community members, and fellow creators.

Why apply

• Dedicated exhibition space: Work in a beautiful gallery setting with your artwork displayed in a professional gallery style. There will be 5 artists in the gallery each week. Each artist will be allotted a space between 18 and 30 linear feet of display space.

• Exhibition exposure: Showcase your finished projects in a curated in-studio exhibition promoted to our mailing list, local media, and gallery visitors.

• Artist support: Receive administrative assistance, installation guidance, and opportunities to provide an artist talks, demonstrations, or workshops.

Who should apply

• Painters, sculptors, printmakers, photographers, mixed-media artists, and interdisciplinary practitioners working at any career stage.

• Creators eager to engage with the Peachland community through talks, open studios, or collaborative activities.

Application highlights

• Complete the application for a 1 or 2 week spot during the exhibition.

• Table and display space for cards or matted artwork is available

• Display your artist bio and statement about your work.

• Artists are expected to be the gallery each day during their exhibition as well as interact and engage with visitors. Training will be provided on SquareSpace, for purchases.
