PEACHLAND ART GALLERY - CALL FOR 2026 Exhibition Proposals
The Peachland Community Arts Council is currently accepting exhibition proposals for 2026.
Exhibitions are juried by the Gallery Exhibition Committee. The Peachland Art Gallery accepts proposals from individual and groups of artists, curators, and non-profit organizations. Applicants may submit more than one proposal but will not have multiple proposals selected. Applicants do not need to be PCAC members to submit a proposal. However, successful applicants must be members at the time of their exhibitions. Each displaying artist must purchase an arts council membership.
The Gallery charges 30% commission on sales. PST is collected.
Each exhibition runs approximately four to six weeks. Artists are responsible for having their work ready to hang at the time of their exhibition. Peachland Art Gallery will provide overall exhibition coordination, which includes curatorial direction, preparatory assistance, and promotion. Displaying artists are expected to participate in their own promotion via social media and personal contacts. The total linear footage of the Gallery is 150 feet.

If accepted, submitted images may be used for promotions and advertising.
The Peachland Community Arts Council reserves the right to refuse to display any artwork, even after initial acceptance of the submission. All decisions of the jury are final.
The Peachland Community Arts Council will contact the artist regarding the acceptance and directions on submission pick up/inventory drop off. All participating artists must sign a waiver form acknowledging we do not carry insurance on any artwork displayed in the Peachland Art Gallery.

- Title or Theme of proposal.
- Preference of months: we suggest you submit a minimum of 3 choices. Please keep in mind there is no guarantee of month choice, but we try to accommodate as best we can.
- Curriculum vitae for each participating artist.
- Medium to be exhibited.
- Approximate number and sizes of works to be exhibited.
- Photos should be of work only and include matting, frame, etc.
- For group proposals: 2 – 4 good quality digital photo examples of exhibition theme per participating artist, submitted on CD or USB drive, or via email to: [email protected]
- If submitting as a group, the individual artists names should be clearly labeled with the submitted images.
- For individual artworks: Title, Medium & Size
